From the Trans Canada Highway, turn north on to Route 430 at Deer Lake. Cow Head is approximately 110 kilometres from Deer Lake.  After about 1 hour 20 minutes from Deer Lake, take a left on to Route 420.  C & M Diner is located on Main Street in Cow Head.
